We are a gardening and lawns maintenance service providing quality service to the Central Coast. We don't aim to just cut grass, but we aim to leave the job satisfied and let the work speak for our business. Currently, the owner is a sole operator but we are looking to expand and train up professionals in this field.
We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and hard working individual.
The successful applicant will be a casual employee, and will be flexible with work hours. Understanding that everyone has commitments, we will do our best to work with the employee's available days and hours.
The employee will be trained on the job but preferably have a horticultural background in study or knowledge, as well as is proficient and comfortable with physically demanding work and using common equipment eg. lawn mower, whipper snipper, hedger etc.
The employee is hard working and detailed, arrives to work on time and presented smartly. The employee has good work ethic and presents himself in a professional manner in speech and actions at all times while on the job. The employee will be a good fit and positively represent Central Coast Kerb Appeal.
The employee will get paid at the Gardener/Landscaper Award according to Fair Work's classification and hourly rate.
The employee has opportunities to improve in skill and likewise step u in the classification and salary.
As mentioned before, we are looking for someone with flexible hours, able to be on call (with notice prior to the week starting). But as a business, we understand that casual work can be hard to plan, and hence we will try to alert the employee as early as possible for a shift, as well as will do our best to work with the employee's available days and hours.
This is seasonal work so we won't be able to guarantee there is always work every week, therefore, the successful applicant will need to be okay with that.
